conversion from Contlex names from
form: PROP_TOP_CHUOSHKK
to: PROP_CHUOSHKK_plc
(1) understroke and no minus or hyphen makes it possible to double click for copy -- thanks ttr
(2) bringing the +Sem/Plc out of the original lexc file and into subsequent LEXICA means less problems with database use in production of lexc -- the original contlex contains POS, Paradigm and sem information.
