Separate contlex for pieʹssed

Add separate contlexica for non-grading priiskâd and stiikâd, which need ^PALK. Correct špoukkâd stem.

Work with âd verbs with a diphthong in the stem. Correcting the Prs Pl3 and Prt Pl3 forms. These need different contlexica for each diphthong, (although iâ and uå seem to work together) as they use PALE and PALÄ in different ways/positions.
