Add file from giellalt.github.io/proof/hyph/hyphen-bug-2007-10-22.md Both bugs mentioned have been resolved almost 20 years ago, and the file mostly contain test data for SMJ. The bugs referenced are the following: https://github.com/giellalt/lang-sme/issues/806 https://github.com/giellalt/lang-sme/issues/807 The data in the file should be transformed into proper hyphenation test data.
