Merge main into festschrift Incorporates 5 years of development from main (September 2021 - April 2026) while preserving festschrift-specific changes for spell checker research. Merge strategy: - Build/config files (Makefile.am, configure.ac, m4/, etc.): main - Source code (src/): main - Documentation (docs/, README.md): main - Tools (tools/grammarcheckers/, tools/mt/, tools/tokenisers/, tools/tts/): main - Spell checker research files: festschrift, moved from test/data/inspect/ to tools/spellcheckers/test/inspect/ (22 files) - Spell checker weighting: preserve festschrift weighting (+Cmp +2) - Typos test files: already in tools/spellcheckers/test/ (identical) - Old test infrastructure: moved from test/oldstuff/ to devtools/testdata/oldstuff/ This brings the festschrift branch up to date with all standardizations, bug fixes and improvements from main, while keeping the alternative spell checking suggestion research intact.
