--version gives the build date and git revision
divvun-runtime --version printed only the package version (0.4.0); the
build date and commit were only in -VV's debug dump. It now prints
"Divvun Runtime v0.4.0 (2026-10-07, e59bb6e)", with -dirty for a modified
tree, the same shape as Divvun HFST and divvunspell; -VV adds the full
build information after that line.
