Fix #31: generate full compound, not just the head, for suggestions Suggestions were generated per sub-reading, only from the one carrying SUGGEST. In a dynamic compound the SUGGEST tag sits on the head (depth-1) reading while the leading compound parts are deeper sub-readings, so only the head was generated: "Europaparlameanta" produced the bogus "Parlameanta" (i.e. delete the first element) instead of the whole word. Group the flat, depth-tagged readings into analyses and generate from the whole compound (innermost part first, joined with '#'). When the generator can't build the dynamic compound (a lexc limitation) the result is now no suggestion — matching libdivvun — rather than a wrong partial. Lexicalised compounds (e.g. Europaráđi -> Eurohpáráđi) still generate the full form.
